Horse traveling from another state require  negative coggins within one year.
Horses out of compliance will be asked to leave the event.

Stabling - Stables open Wednesday 5/15/2024 at 12PM
​(Make sure to arrange with SEC if you wish to arrive and/or set up before stables are open.)
No stall deposit. No need to strip stalls.

Reserved Camping: Limited spots, with water hook-up only.

Dry camping: no hook-ups, unassigned parking in pasture, first come - first served.

Golf Carts: Contact secretary Gina Miner.

ADS Non-Member Fee: Mandatory for all non ADS members. Driver only, does not provide insurance coverage.

​IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

        
Veterinary/Health Requirements: All equines must be vaccinated per ADS General Rules Article 6.3.
Negative Coggins within 1 year of show date (out of state horses only).
Health certificate within 30 days for out of state horses.
​

Stabling Information: Portable stalls, 10 X 10 covered with doors, will be the primary stabling used. 

Driver/Groom twice around allowed on marathon. (Article 943.2): Competitors and/or Navigators, or any combination thereof, may go a MAXIMUM of two times on course, schedule permitting. Competitors entering the same division twice must designate one entry as HC. Indicate any special requests with your entry. In order to go twice around, it must be specified on entry. Any requests made after May 1st, 2024 may not be honored. Carriages may be shared ONLY IF SCHEDULE PERMITS, and must be specified on entry or communicated via email to secretary. Equines may compete in marathon one time only, two times in dressage and cones not on the same day.

Misc. Show info: * PLEASE NOTE:  There will be no hauling in or out of horses during the Marathon phase of the competition on Friday.  The gates will be closed to trucks and trailers except in the case of an emergency, at which it will be assisted by horse show officials.

Awards Offered: Ribbons 1st – 5th class ribbons, division champion and reserve champion and special awards. Check back for Prize list - TBA.

Veterinary/Health Requirements:
Health certificate within 30 days for out of state horses.
Negative Coggins within 1 year of show date for out of state entries.

All equines must be vaccinated per ADS General Rules 6.3.
West Nile Vaccination highly recommended.

Horse Inspection: there will be no Horse Inspection.

Safety Checklist: Thursday at safety check prior to dressage, or handed into show office beforehand.

Spares: A competitor may carry whatever spares he/she requires.
              ***A halter and lead rope are strongly suggested for Marathon***

Mostly level and slightly rolling dirt farm roads, possibly some pavement, possible natural creek water crossing on marathon track for all levels including VSE's. 
Approved helmets and Safety Vests are mandatory for all persons on marathon on all sections.
