* PLEASE NOTE:  There will be no hauling in or out of horses during the Marathon phase of the competition.  The gates will be closed to trucks and trailers except in the case of an emergency, during which it will be assisted by Show Officials.

MOTORIZED VEHICLES POLICY 
There are good roads and access except that there is a possible water crossing to get to parts of the marathon section B. Depending on the condition of the creek it is possible that motorized vehicles will not be allowed to cross the water. 

Speed Limit: 
5 MPH in the barn area
10 MPH on the roads & tracks

Golf Carts, Scooters, Bicycles, ATV's, Autos, Trucks (no motorcycles!) will be allowed on designated tracks to access the course.
  • The speed limits of 5 MPH in the stabling and arena areas, and 10 MPH on the tracks will be strictly enforced.
  • Vehicles must stay on the posted tracks and trails and park outside the obstacles.
  • Be courteous.
  • Plan to carpool to help reduce traffic. A map will be provided.
  • Please park only in the designated areas.
Any vehicles off the tracks, speeding, or reckless driving will result in removal from grounds.

Only licensed drivers may operate a motorized vehicle on the property. Unlicensed operators will result in competitor elimination.

GOLF CART INFO 
Competitor’s must reserve golf carts through secretary Gina Miner by the closing date.

CAMPING 
Camping is available on the grounds. Water hookup only. No electric hookups.
Reserved Camping spots will be ASSIGNED, and need to be reserved in advance.

  • Dry camping, Free for volunteers! (unassigned in pasture, first come - first serve) 
  • Coming from out of town? Contact us for information on longer stay details for you and/or your horse(s).

DOG POLICY  (Important - please read!)   DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES.

EVERYONE - please leave barking dogs at home! 
NO DOGS ALLOWED IN OR NEAR THE SHOW OFFICE, DRESSAGE/CONES AREA, OBSTACLES OR SHOW BARN.
Dog Policy: Any dogs must be on a leash at all times and kept at or near your campsite. No dogs near arenas, barns, show office, SEC buidlings or in obstacles. First offense $50.00 fine, 2nd offense you will be asked to leave the grounds.

FOOD and MEALS 
No Food concessions will be on grounds.

Volunteers - Coffee, donuts & lunch will be provided on days worked.
